Returns and Exchanges

Artimalt will be happy to assist you for returns or exchanges in case:

  1. Item has been lost.
  2. Item is damaged (physical damage of the product occurred during the shipping process, improper packaging that caused the damage).
  3. Items delivered weren’t complete or pieces were missing (in this case the customer has the right to refuse the package).
  4. Wrong/different items from what have been ordered (according to the description provided by the seller).

 

Conditions for a product to be returned or exchanged:

  1. Approval must be taken from the seller in order to proceed further.
  2. Item must be in new condition.
  3. Item must be returned with all its original packaging and accessories.

* When receiving your order from the ware house, it is recommended to do a regular check on product(s) physical condition, Quantity and all the components related as soon as. Reporting any happened issue after will not be valid.
